IRJA Chairman Bill Black on Radio Around the State

This week, Chairman of the Illinois Revenue and Jobs Alliance and former State Representative Bill Black has been talking to radio stations from Rockford to Carbondale touting the economic benefits–the 20,000 jobs and $200 million in annual revenues–that stand to be generated by gaming legislation SB 1739.

The new bill addresses concerns raised by Governor Quinn last summer by allocating revenues to education and pensions and by enacting a political contribution ban on gaming entities.

Mr. Black has discussed and will continue to discuss how the bill stands to make a positive impact on different areas around the state. To hear how your area stands to benefit, listen to any of the clips below.
